Following up on our discussion in Cyprus and my note to you a few weeks ago, I would like to assist you with getting your healthcare facilities profiled in Medtrotter's free directory of global healthcare providers.

This is a simple process:
Go to www.medtrotter.com and select "Register a Facility".
Enter particulars for the facility.
A confirmation email will then be sent to the email address you provide to verify the validity of the address -- simply click on the link in that email to activate your profile.
Use your password to access your profile. You can now register doctor profiles (see below), upload photos of your facility (up to 5 at no charge) and update your profile as desired.
We will send you a notice once your profile has been posted "live" on Medtrotter for the public to see.

Once you have registered your facility, you can also now easily register the profiles of all the doctors in your facilities. Not only does this help your doctors, it also helps your facilities since the more doctors in the directory that link to your facilities, the more likely it is that your facilities will be found in an Internet search.

To perform a bulk upload of all doctors in your facility, simply:
Go to www.medtrotter.com and select “Logon” to use your password to open your facility profile.
Beside the field called "Practitioner List Bulk Upload", use the "Browse" button to retrieve the file containing your doctor profiles from your computer. We recommend that you compile your doctor profiles on one spreadsheet and then upload that spreadsheet. The minimum data you should provide for each doctor should be: Surname, Given Name (first and second if applicable), Salutation (Dr., Mr., Mrs, etc.), Facility Name, City, Country, Email, and Specialty.
Once we process the doctor data, an email will be sent to each doctor providing each with his/her own password. The doctor will then "own" his or her profile and be able to upload pictures and update his/her personal profile as desired.
Finally, I will mention one more Medtrotter feature that may interest you. We will allow consumers searching Medtrotter to link directly to your website via a hyperlink located within your profile. To enable your hyperlink, we require a reciprocal hyperlink to be placed on the homepage of your website linking back to Medtrotter. To place a link on your website, simply:
Go to www.medtrotter.com and select “Logon” to use your password to open your facility profile.
Beside the words “You are authorized to use the Medtrotter logo”, select “click here”.
Provide the HTML code to your website administrator to have our logo placed on your site.
Once the logo is in place, notify us at hyperlink@medtrotter.com and we will enable the free link to your website.
I hope you will find that these 3 features -- facility profile, doctor profiles and free hyperlink -- are an effective way to increase your exposure on the Internet at no cost.
